Hi, I’m Daisy, a I’m an online London-based health and lifestyle coach.
I take a holistic approach to supporting and guiding busy women to make positive changes to their health and lifestyle.
My work is centred around women who have chronic health conditions and those who are looking to reduce their body fat.
If you have been left feeling in the dark about your health condition, feeling dismissed or gas lit by doctors, told there is ‘no cure’ and given endless medication - I see you.
My clients are often health aware but feeling overwhelmed, burnout and unhappy. At a loss for how to get their life back.
I promise to hold space for you lovingly, our work together is co-created and uniquely designed to meet your needs covering all aspects of holistic health.

What is holistic health coaching?
We take a whole person approach to your life, and support everything from a holistic health perspective to bring you into alignment.
We focus on what’s causing stress, where you are most unhappy, I guide you through holistic healing protocols including high quality nutrition.
Bringing together the physical and emotion for whole body reset and healing.
